Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using Sir Clicksalot ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable purchase price, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

• Download, install, and use the App on up to two (2) Mac computers that you personally own or control
• Use the App for your personal or professional purposes

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the App.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to any third party
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service

3. Purchase and Payment

Sir Clicksalot is available as a one-time purchase. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive a license key via email
• Your license entitles you to all updates released during the current major version
• Payment is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Sir Clicksalot for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@sirclicksalot.pro for a full refund. Refunds requested after 14 days are handled at our discretion.

5. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. Your one-time purchase includes all updates within the current major version. We reserve the right to charge for future major version upgrades.

6. macOS Permissions

The App requires certain macOS system permissions (Accessibility and, optionally, Screen Recording) to function. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that:

• These permissions are used solely for the App's cursor customisation features
• The App does not use these permissions to collect, store, or transmit personal data
• You may revoke these permissions at any time in System Settings, which will limit App functionality

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Sir Clicksalot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIR CLICKSALOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
