The app isn't working โ what do I do first?
Most issues are solved by granting the correct permissions. Go to System Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Accessibility and make sure Sir Clicksalot is toggled on. If you use the Magnifier cursor, also check Screen Recording in the same section.
My cursor isn't showing in Chrome
Make sure Accessibility permission is granted (see above). If the issue persists, try turning the cursor off and on again using the "Turn Off" and "Apply System-Wide" buttons in the app.
I lost my license key
Email us at support@sirclicksalot.pro with the email address you used to purchase and we'll resend your key promptly.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
Yes โ your license covers up to 2 Macs that you personally own and use.
How do I update the app?
If you purchased directly, you'll receive an email when updates are available with a download link. If you purchased via the Mac App Store, updates come through the App Store automatically.
The Magnifier cursor isn't working
The Magnifier requires Screen Recording permission. Go to System Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Screen Recording and make sure Sir Clicksalot is enabled.

What macOS version do I need?
Sir Clicksalot requires macOS 12 Monterey or later. It works on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
