If you purchase Sir Clicksalot directly from our website, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your payment information and email address to process your purchase and deliver your license key. We receive only your email address and purchase details — your payment card information is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and is never stored on our servers.

1.2 App Usage Data

Sir Clicksalot may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to help us understand which features are used most and how to improve the App. This data:

• Is fully anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual user
• Does not include any personal information
• Does not include the content of your screen, keystrokes, or any personal data
• Is used solely to improve the App

This analytics collection is first-party only and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

Sir Clicksalot does not collect:

• Keystrokes or keyboard input
• Screen content or screenshots
• Files, documents, or personal data on your device
• Browsing history or activity in other apps
• Your name, address, or contact information (unless you contact us for support)
• Location data

2. macOS System Permissions

2.1 Accessibility Permission

Sir Clicksalot requires Accessibility access to display your custom cursor in all applications system-wide. This permission is used solely to track cursor position and detect mouse clicks for the purpose of rendering custom cursor animations. It is not used to read keystrokes, monitor your activity, or access any personal information.

2.2 Screen Recording Permission

The Magnifier cursor feature requires Screen Recording permission to capture a small region of your screen around the cursor in real time to display a zoomed view. This screen capture:

• Is processed locally on your device only
• Is never transmitted, stored, or shared
• Is only active when the Magnifier cursor is selected and active
• Is immediately discarded after rendering the magnified view

This permission is only requested when you first select the Magnifier cursor. If you do not use the Magnifier, this permission is never requested.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Deliver your license key after purchase
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Send important updates about the App (you may opt out at any time)
• Improve the App through anonymous usage analytics

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor, to handle purchases and license key delivery. Their privacy policy is available at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
• Analytics providers — anonymous, aggregated usage data only, with no personal information

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and purchase records for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with legal obligations. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to any individual.
